After the Navy, Dwayne spent nearly two decades building deep operational expertise across the global oil and gas sector — working offshore and onshore on complex international projects, launching multi-million dollar product lines, managing global sales and business development, and negotiating large-scale international contracts. This wasn’t advisory work. This was operating at scale, in the field, with real accountability for results.
He then stepped into an executive role as EVP of Operational Excellence at a global energy services company, where he led a full transformation of the operations function — driving over $3 million in deployment and operational cost reduction and establishing the performance infrastructure needed to sustain those gains. It was here that Dwayne learned, firsthand, what operational excellence actually looks like when it’s built to last.

Working within the Global Energy Practice, he advised multinational operators on strategy, operational performance, organizational design, and talent development, building the kind of structured thinking that turns complex problems into executable solutions.
He subsequently joined a leading enterprise transformation consultancy recognized for its ability to embed deeply within client organizations and deliver change that endures. There, as a Manager, Dwayne led engagements spanning change management, governance, risk and compliance analysis, sustainability and 2050 goal achievement, and AI prototyping for industrial applications. Success was never measured by the weight of the deliverable — it was measured by whether the organization actually changed.
